four chicken breasts in the crock pot with a whole container of BBQ 
sauce, a half can of cherry coke, and a 1/2 cup on brown sugar. Place it
 in the crock pot on low for about 5 hours. An hour before serving, take
 the chicken out and shred it with a fork and put it back in the crock 
pot til ready to serve.
oh my gosh. Chicken Taco salad that's HEALTHY! 
There's black beans, corn, green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green 
onions, chicken, avocado & tortilla chips. All tossed together with a
 taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt.

Cowboy Spaghetti. This is one 
of my favorite entrees I have made; sadly, I don't make it often enough.
 I love it so much more than average spaghetti.
